Nothing Without Work.

“The artist is nothing without the gift,  but the gift is nothing without work.”  ~Emile Zola

I am on the verge of understanding how to give an arrow released towards no physical target , purpose in it’s aimless maiden voyage. For if knowledge is simply the vantage point from which those with wisdom can view, then I would view this arrow’s flight as a thing of value. It is the practice that leads to perfection, the gauge of strength currently possessed, the means to obtaining greater skill, the act of transferring still into motion, enhancement of senses, it taught me something I can see about myself and things i’ll never know beyond the subconscious; an exercise in letting go, and so on.

I say this, because I’ve been busy. very very busy without aim. I started something(s) without giving them full plan or notice of points beyond it was simply time to do something, it was time to learn how to set-in-motion, to transfer energy, to be present. My music, my love, my art, my work, my business — aimless arrows if I only look at the current results of their fruits as the final harvest; the END result — as if tomorrow was promised to never arrive, as if change where the greatest ideal ever composed by a fiction writer. I stand wiser every time I dare to look again. It’s not about starting over. It’s about accessing, adjusting, and moving forward — in short: trying again.

I’ve released two projects (two arrows) artistically.
1) SBTRL
2) Poems in Strap 2.0

My efforts to “spread the word” (the vibrations) is where I place purpose to their maiden flights; I will not return to them or recreate them, I will simply place targets in their way; I will steer ears towards the business ends of their points and purpose; for what’s the point of creating them if I won’t ensure as many as I can possibly reach have at least heard about it, or at least saw it soar by as it plowed it’s way through to a few of their family and friend’s list of favorite artist. i love goals.

Currently my goals (online) are to hit youtube with 12-15 videos from SBRLT. In the process I’m learning a good deal about how to flex my talents between the software I own, however I’ve run into another ‘thorn in my aims’; the task is tedious, repetitive, & time consuming. All factors that eat away at one whose main issue with the combination is that it lulls him into paralyzing states of boredom.

Seriously…. I’d rather stare at fish shitting for thirty minutes, than to be bored for hours on end — HOWEVER — another factor to this boredom comes to light, as we apply wisdom, and from what I’ve learned about human energy, the human mind, creative energy, and Feng Shui; i’m simply not allowing for these factors to flow through my space conveniently. THIS WILL CHANGE. — among other highly underestimated ‘cosmetic’ arrangements in my life. — for in all reality I’m literally doing the job of two to three people (however successful-or-unsuccessful) the fact remains: I’m On My Grizzy; and since that’s the case I need to improve in the arts of publishing, (self-else) marketing, organizing, producing, & completing. Even now, I’m fighting the urge to leave this article — click update — and come back to in segments. I’ve always been that way…always starting two and three projects at a time…..i used to hate this about myself, but now I embrace it. I simply need to either eliminate if from my process (which could take forever) or compliment and cater to it (for it has proven to be quite useful for a connector such as myself). Nature calls — update:

(3 hours later after eating and playing halo: reach)
1. add links to projects
2. figure out what to type next….

(stare at screen off and on for 2hours)
I said a while back that I’m searching for the obsessive compulsive organizer within myself.
That search continues.

(end transmission)
